Semi-Permanent Hair Color Cream. Manic Panic uses superior ingredients that are
guaranteed vegan and contains no animal ingredients. Plus Manic Panic is tested
on celebrities not animals. Available in 4 oz sizes in the following colors: - AfterMidnight Blue
- Atomic Turquoise
- Cotton Candy Pink
- Electric Banana Yellow (Glows Under Black Light)
- Electric Lizard Green (Glows Under Black Light)
- Hot Hot Pink
- Pillarbox Red
- Pretty Flamingo (Glows Under Black Light)
- Purple Haze
- Red Passion (Glows Under Black Light)

Directions: Shampoo hair. Empty desired amount into a plastic bowl (½
bottle for short hair – full bottle for long hair). Apply evenly with a color
tint brush. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY ON SCALP. Apply ½” from the scalp.
Saturate the hair thoroughly. Comb through the hair until it becomes frothy.
Leave on the hair for 5–15 minutes. Rinse the hair thoroughly, away from the
face.
Note: Works best n hair that is pre-lightened. Fades gradually with each
shampoo. Do not mix with peroxide. Not for use on eyelashes or eyebrows.
Wear protective gloves when applying. May stain clothes.

Manic Panic out with household items and NO BLEACH! 4 people who want the stuff out of your hair take equal amounts of peroxide and Baking soda! leave on for at least 15 min, NON DAMAGING!
