right pH level to wash away build up without effecting hair color. Active
ingredients include Pro-Vitamin B-5 and Cellulose KC – a water-soluble polymer
which builds volume and locks in hair color. Directions: Apply to wet hair and gently massage into lather, rinse. Repeat if necessary.
